How does the 3-day free trial work?
Eligible accounts get three days of access to their plan. Web subscriptions renew at the end of the trial unless canceled. For App Store trials, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid renewal.
When do question limits reset?
Starter includes 100 questions and Premium includes 300 questions per calendar month. Limits reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. Trial questions count toward that month’s limit.
Which plan is right for me?
Starter covers Ask Natura, personalized memory, and wellness tracking. Premium adds the A–F scanner, lab report analysis, 300 questions a month, and priority responses.
Can I pay with HSA/FSA funds?
Yes — Natura is HSA/FSA eligible, so you can put existing health funds toward your membership.
Can I switch plans later?

How do I cancel?
